I recently remodeled my kitchen, bathrooms, family room, staircase, and all the floors. Basically I did a complete remodel of my home. Working with Ms. Popova was a pleasure. She listened. Asked what I wanted. Did not attempt to impose her tastes on the project. She quickly figured out what I wanted. She provided me with a number of options all of which met my taste in décor. She did a great deal of research so that I did not have to spend hours looking at samples. She worked with the stone, tile, and carpet vendors directly. She made frequent visits throughout the project; worked well with the contractors. She noticed and brought to the attention of the contractors minor items for correction. After the project was completed she went shopping on her own and brought back numerous towels and accessories and set them up in my home making it so much easier to decide what to buy rather than going to a store and being overwhelmed by the selection.
Major remodel projects are never enjoyable. You want them done a quickly as possible so you can get back to normal. That said Alice made the overall experience a pleasure. If I had to do it all over again I might change a vendor or a buy my cabinets somewhere else but I would most certainly hire Alice Popova as my designer. I highly recommend her.

Alice was wonderful to work with. We began working with her just to get a plan in motion and always kept us updated with what was needing to get done. If anything, I felt bad that we did not respond to her emails as timely as she would to ours. She was available all the time via text as well. 

She was able to bring multiple options to us when it came to the layout of our home. She was not pushy at all but did provide her thoughts and suggestions which was nice!

She took the time out to help me through an emotional breakdown over the stain of my stairs versus the floors. She definitely helped me get through it and I'm so happy with our results.

Oh and she let us partake in her photo shoot! We have some really nice photos of our home and that was a nice parting gift.

Aeris Home does beautiful interior designs. We work with her as commercial photographers and shooting the kitchens and living spaces that she designs has been amazing for our business.

Alice was very thorough with me throughout the process. I had a very general idea of what I wanted to see in my small kitchen. She was able to recommend options that optimized the use of the space and giving me more features than I originally considered. She was very friendly and patient with all the questions and different options I wanted to consider. I will be moving forward with her design.

My brother had the interior of his home remodeled by Alice last year and he was very pleased with the work and I was impressed by the design. So when our parents passed away and we had to sell their home we naturally contacted Alice. She did a wonderful job not only in the design but also finishing the entire project within 2 months. Every room in the house was remodeled. Her design not only impress us but also our realtor. The house was sold the second day of listing for a record price for this model in our area. I would highly recommend Alice to all my friends and family.

Alice is a true professional. She has great ideas, but does not push her ideas onto the customer. She listens and works with the style of the customer. She is highly organized, and follows through on her commitments. When she says she is going to do something, she does it, and she does it well. We had a rather difficult general contractor, and she tried to run interference for me when I got frustrated. She figured out work-arounds when he was uncooperative. Further, she continued working with me after the completion because we had a flawed countertop. She didn't give up until the job was completed to our satisfaction.

Alice is a true professional. She listened, made suggestions and helped me picture many options for my project. I was happy to spend time with her discussing the pros and cons of my space. I would not hesitate on using her knowledge in the future. You wont be disappointed should you use her service.

I met with Alice several times over the course of my projects. She was prompt to our in-home appointments and always provided follow-up to our meetings. She provided me lists of vendors to review so I could research products for each aspect of my project. Alice is knowledgeable, highly professional, informative about options, and offered 'outside-the-box', creative ideas.

We are so delighted with our new Kitchen; each time I go in there I still stop and look around and smile; it is so refreshingly energizing. Aries Home design company did all the design and layout and worked closely with us selecting the colors and the finishing touches; like the floor the cabinet hardware and back splash tiles all of which enhanced the overall completed look. Alice Popova is the artistic driving force of the company and she is as efficient as she is talented she worked with us continually helping with the decisions for the colors, the granite and back splash tiling and kept us on track with the ordering of materials and subcontractors.

The installation was done by Brett Thomas Alice's husband who is a very skilled carpenter, the work he did is extremely well crafted with good attention to detail and he is multi talented he also installed the appliances and the floor all of which were professionally done..

Both Alice and Brett are really nice trustworthy people who are easy to work with; we left them to it for a few weeks while we went on vacation and when we returned they had put in every effort to ensure the kitchen to look perfect for us… And it did.

I was ready to gut my old outdated kitchen and I had an idea of what I wanted but needed a designer to point me in the right direction. I was so happy to find/meet Alice and Brett at Aeris Home. Alice is easy to work with, listens to your vision and helped us create perfect kitchen design which included floors, countertops, cabinets, and tile. Brett installed our cabinets, range hood along with other finishing work such as window/door casing, baseboards and butcher block breakfast bar which all looks great. We are very happy with the way it all came together. They were very accommodating and worked around my other tradesmen so our goal to complete before Christmas was met. Alice/Brett was great to work with and I would hire them in a heartbeat for our next project.

Aeris Home has been fantastic to collaborate with. I've done multiple projects with Alice and they have all come out fantastic! She's helped from conception to finish and made every client so happy.
